Monterey Bay Spouses Club

Description: Applicants must be dependents of military personnel (active, retired, reservist, national guard, veteran, or deceased) from any branch. Army Engineer Association Educational Support Program

Description: Awards are offered only to current members of the AEA who are serving either in an active, reserve, or national guard component Army Engineer unit, school, or organization within the Corps of Engineers of the United States Army. Awardees must continue AEA membership throughout the period of the award.

Leonardo DRS Guardian Scholarship

Description: The scholarship applicant must be a dependent son or daughter of a National Guard member who died in an operational or training mission supporting Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, or Operation New Dawn. All educational institutions to be attended by scholarship recipients must be geographically located within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.
Open to: High school students in their junior or senior year with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent who have been accepted to a nationally or regionally accredited community college or technical school for a two-year award or regionally accredited four-year college or university for the four-year award. OR Full-time students currently attending a nationally or regionally accredited community college or technical school with a GPA of 2.5 for the two-year award or regionally accredited four-year college or equivalent for the academic year immediately preceding the academic year for which the scholarship is sought.

NYS Higher Education Service Corporation

USS Little Rock Association Captain Kent R. Seigel Memorial Scholarship

Description: Applicant must be the direct descendants of those who served on USS Little Rock, providing that the veteran sponsor is a member of the Association in good standing, or was at the time of death in the case of those now deceased. Similar financial assistance is available to direct descendants of those currently serving in the crews of Little Rock LCS 9, providing that the sponsor is a member of the Association in good standing. Must have a CUM GPA of 3.0 and may apply during the spring semester of their second academic year. There is an essay required!
